• Contact Details: Verified mobile phone number and email address.
• Verification Documents: Optional government-issued ID proofs (Aadhaar, Voter ID, PAN) and profile photos/selfies for verification badges.
• Educational & Professional Info: Qualifications, occupation, income range, and workplace district.
• Technical Data: IP address, device identifiers, and push notification tokens for app notifications.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create your public matrimony profile and recommend compatible matches.
• To verify profile authenticity and protect our community against fraud.
• To enable secure chat communication between mutually accepted matches.
• To process membership transactions safely.
• To send account alerts, match updates, and push notifications via FCM, SMS, and Email.

4. Data Sharing & Privacy Controls

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Verified phone numbers are kept confidential and are ONLY shared when mutual interest is explicitly accepted by both members.

Members can control photo visibility, hide profiles, or block unwanted users at any time directly within the application.

5. User Data Deletion & Account Removal

You have full right to delete your personal data. You can request account deactivation or full profile deletion at any time:

• In-App Deletion: Go to Profile Settings > Delete Account.
• Web Deletion Request: Visit https://hamarsathi.com/privacy
• Email Request: Send an email to support@hamarsathi.com or fixzapteam@gmail.com with your registered phone number.

Upon receiving your request, all personal profile data will be permanently purged within 30 days.
